Workshop Trainer – Jessica Kain

Jessica grew up in the Automotive Industry learning from a family of car dealers.  More importantly learning from her father, David Kain, President of Kain Automotive. She spent many years working at Kain Automotive during her college career learning everything about the Automotive Internet business. Before graduating she worked in her family’s Internet Operation at their Ford Dealership where she learned the importance of Internet Development in the dealership.

She brings her love for customer experience, process and engaging sales tactics to the table. As the Senior Trainer and Director of Client Relations she tracks progress and development for Dealers to have better and quicker results. Known for her straight talk she will show you the vast importance of the psychology of today’s consumer. As a millennial and young professional she will bring new ideas and insight into what your consumers are looking for in the car buying process. Therefore increasing connections, appointments, sales and ROI.

Schedule of Events

The training will start at 9:00 am both days and conclude at 4:00 pm. We won’t exhaust you with needless banter. This will allow you to relax and enjoy all the activities in and around downtown Lexington.

Location, Accommodations, and Other Useful Guidance

The workshop will take place at the Kain Training Center, just minutes from several downtown hotels, including the Downtown Hyatt Regency which offers our clients a lower room rate.

The dress code for the event is business casual.

We will provide morning and afternoon snacks and drinks, as well as lunch.  You will be able to make dinner plans on your own. We can give you recommendations of some of our favorite restaurants nearby.
