ANDREA DALTON
Andrea is a Digital Operations Trainer at Kain and boasts a decade of experience in the automotive industry. Outside the training room, Andrea cherishes time with her soccer-loving son, Mason, being on the lake or in the mountains, and has a passion for travel.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she moved and studied Integrated Marketing Communications at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN, where Andrea's automotive journey also began. She underwent training under the guidance of David Kain and Chelsea Stillwell during her time as BDC and Internet Director for one of East Tennessee’s highest volume dealers. With a Digital Operations, Sales Management and Finance background, she brings well-rounded insight to her clients.
Andrea works in assisting, supporting, and training for digital automotive operations and client needs. She is committed to fostering exceptional customer experiences, and imparting proven strategies to dealers, reflecting her dedication to the industry.
